Conference Registration Information
May 12th and 13th, 2011 SNOWBIRD CLIFF LODGE
COST: The conference registration fee is $150.00 for two days or $85.00 for a one-day registration (registrations may not be shared). The registration includes lunches, continental breakfasts and evening social on Thursday. Parking is free, unless you choose to use valet parking.
HOW TO REGISTER:

- All registrations will be done online. No paper registrations accepted.

Invoiced vouchers must be paid in full on or before April 30, 2011
Notes: No refunds can be given unless a WRITTEN request is received on or before April 20th A $10.00 processing fee will be subtracted from the refund. Name substitutions will be accepted until April 29th.
