Conference Registration Information
May 9th and 10th, 2013 SNOWBIRD CLIFF LODGE
COST: The conference registration fee is $150.00 for two days or $85.00 for a one-day registration (registrations may not be shared). The registration includes lunches, continental breakfasts and evening social on Thursday. Parking is free, unless you choose to use valet parking.
HOW TO REGISTER:

- All registrations will be done online. No paper registrations accepted.
Notes: No refunds can be given unless a WRITTEN request is received on or before April 20th. A $10.00 processing fee will be subtracted from the refund. Name substitutions will be accepted until April 27th.
